Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We work hard to make these trips happen!

Believe it or not, folks have signed up to join us, we have purchased food for them, and they have not shown! We understand that something may come up and plans change, but we need warning so we can offer your spot to someone else.

If you cannot attend a trip that you are confirmed for, we need 14 days notice.

I understand the cancellation policy *
