Participation Confirmation

Congratulations — You’ve Been Selected!

Congratulations! You have been selected to participate in the Klamath Mountains Workforce Training Network. We’re excited to welcome you to this program and to spend the coming months learning, working, and exploring career opportunities together.

Your selection is a big deal. We received far more applications than we had spaces available, which means that accepting your place also means another applicant was not able to participate this year. We ask that you take this opportunity seriously and make a genuine commitment to showing up, participating fully, communicating with us, and supporting the other members of your cohort.

Before we begin, please complete the survey below to confirm that you are accepting your place in the program. Your responses will also help us get to know you better and prepare for the experiences ahead.

Please enable JavaScript in your browser to complete this form.
